Marco Rodolfi

President and Managing Director of TWT.
Born in Milan in 1964, he has two great passions: communications and sailing.
In 1988, he began his entrepreneurial adventure with a business to produce, distribute and market South American multi-layer plywood in Europe.
Meanwhile he progressed his amateur sailing career, winning prestigious competitions with the Italian Laser and Soling team.
He has succeeded in combining his professional and sporting interests through his fascination with the applications of telecommunications technology, which has enabled him to carry on his work from anywhere in the world.
In 1995, in anticipation of the liberalization of the Italian telecoms market, which actually happened only in 1997, he set up TWT, of which is he is currently president. He oversees not only the corporate activities but also the technical and strategic area and relations with the carriers.

Michela Colli

Michela was born in Biella in 1967 and is the TWT Group Managing Director.
She graduated in Economics and Business in 1991 from the Università Cattolica, Milan, with a groundbreaking thesis on multimedia communication systems, developed in collaboration with Colorado University (USA).
She completed her education with a course in Finance and Administration at the University of Colorado.
A certified accountant, she began her career in 1992 as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche.
In 1993, she joined Studio Tremonti as an international tax-planning consultant.
Two years later, she became one of the founding partners of TWT, helping to chart company strategy.
She is now the TWT Group Managing Director, with responsibility for finance, marketing and communications.
